Returns and Refunds

Should we inadvertently send you an item other than the one you ordered or you feel we have incorrectly described the item on our website, we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if reported to us promptly. If you discover the goods are faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and we may arrange for them to be returned to us to be inspected. If we find the goods to be faulty, and that the fault was not caused by your neglect or misuse of the goods, we can arrange a refund or replacement of the faulty goods on your order. We can refund any reasonable costs that you may incur in the returns postage- please keep your postal receipt for this reason.

Should any product prove unsuitable or no longer wanted then we are not obliged to accept the item back.  However, we are normally happy to do so if it is returned within 30 days intact, unused, in good condition, with the packaging and fit for resale.  Clothing tags should remain attached. In such circumstances please contact us at dunscar01@googlemail.com to discuss return arrangements. Returns postage will be at your cost.
