Returns and Refunds

Should we inadvertently send you an item other than the one you ordered or you feel we have incorrectly described the item on our website, we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if reported to us promptly. 

Should any product prove unsuitable or no longer wanted then we are not obliged to accept the item back.  However, we are normally happy to do so if it is returned within 30 days intact, unused, in good condition, with the packaging and fit for resale.  Clothing tags should remain attached.
